Otto 5-Panel Vintage Style Trucker Hat. Structured hat with a Mid Profile. Choose your hat and thread color. Embroidery on front is a 3D Puff style. Embroidery on side is regular / flat embroidery. If ordering with embroidery on the side of the hat, please leave the player's number (ie. #8) in the special instructions box on the cart page prior to checkout. If you'd like a a different hat color/thread combination, please leave a note in the special instructions box on the cart page prior to checkout.
