Each item is handmade to order. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please check the banner at the top of my website for current processing times. Due to the custom nature of each item, all sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

If you're local to the Bremen, Georgia area and would like to arrange local pick-up for your order, select "Local Pick-up" in the shipping section at Checkout. You will be contacted by email once your order is ready with local pick-up instructions.
